Refund Policy — The Report-Card Guarantee

Dr. Nakata's Holistic Learning Course comes with a simple, honest guarantee.

The guarantee

Enroll and complete all 10 days of the course. If you still fail your test within 30 days of enrolling, email your report card to support@achieve.education and we will refund your purchase price, minus payment-processing (transaction) fees.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@achieve.education from the address you used at checkout, within 30 days of your enrollment date.
2. Attach your report card (or the graded test) showing the failing result received after you completed the course.
3. We confirm course completion on our end and process your refund to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Details

• Refunds are for the course purchase price minus non-recoverable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
• Payment-plan purchases: payments made to date are refunded on the same terms, and remaining installments are cancelled.
• Course completion means all 10 days of lessons and daily action steps marked complete in your course account.
• This policy supplements, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable law and the Achieve Education Terms of Service.
