I didn't receive my purchase. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder — Kajabi emails sometimes land there. If it’s been more than 30 minutes and you still haven’t received access, email us at Support@achieve.educationwith your order confirmation and we’ll sort it out right away.

Can I get a refund?

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not happy with a purchase, email us within 7 days and let us know what happened. We want every experience with Achieve Education to be worth your time.

I have a question about content inside a course. Who do I ask?
